I won the NaNoWriMo challenge! I wrote 51,186 words between 9 am on November 1st and noon on November 30th. In fact, I wrote an entire children's novel.
I am happy and shocked that I actually finished. When I started out my goal was to hit about 40,000 words -- a typical number of words for a children's book. But as I progressed with the story, I realized that 40,000 words wasn't going to do it. I wrote and wrote and actually made it happen!
Now, I just have to make the time to revised the heck out of it. It's not going to be an easy revision.
