Other Writing
I like to write what I read and I read a wide variety of books. I have as my computer desktop image a collage I put together of some of my favorite authors. Or rather, authors that have been a great influence to me and whose work I respect a lot. The list is long and ever growing, but some of the authors there are Lafcadio Hearn, Arthur Conan Doyle, Tony Hillerman, Isabel Allende, Arturo Perez Reverte, Robertson Davies, Anita Loos, Czeslaw Milosz, and Hayden Carruth, and so many more.
Moving Pictures is my first novel. The Iris Project is my second. Both are self-published. I’ve also lots of short stories. I’ve posted here some of my stories here. Mostly fantasy and folktale-related. There are some essays too. I’ve posted an excerpt for each one along with the full story as a downloadable PDF. Happy reading.
